                      &: The design inspiration of intelligent sound pill box

In my childhood, I have a great curiosity in the radio where should has a Lilliputian. They hide inside to talk and sing songs with band. This mystery guides me to have a keen interest in it from the beginning of the secondary schools and remains the same until now.

The design of intelligent sound pill box began in 2002 that I was taking some nutritional supplements. I often forget to take it, so I used pill box timer to remind everyday, but I didn’t use it shortly.Because:1) difficult to set and revise time.2) Is not obvious of the beeping sound .3) The shape is not fashion and inner box is not sanitation.4) Useless at one month, the LCD screen is failed to work. Buying another one with different shape, but the condition is the same. Given one to the elder, found that he never used it because of complicated operation. So I decided to design a simple pill box timer for the elder and the blind. After continuous thinking and test, finally I developed a synchronized timing way that can set time by pressing one button. Everybody can be easy to use. I was quite excited for this design. I applied the state invention patent of this new timing method In 2003. By the end of 2006, I got the patent certificate. When the intelligent sound pill box was completed the first model on September 2007,from which not only the elderly and the blind are easy to use, but also help people to keep a good habit.
